RETURNS, CANCELLATION AND
Thank you for shopping at NITYA EXPORTS. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply.
The shipping price for domestic as well as international clients is included in the product price. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days except CUSTOM RUGS.
Custom order: For a custom rug, the delivery timeline depends on the production time. The production time depends on the number of knots per inch, and size of the rug.
PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF
Product is Damaged
Product is Defective - during manufacturing process
Product is Not as described on the website
Returns of items shipped can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
All you need to do is to ensure that the product is in its original condition, tags and packaging. Our rugs need to be packaged with care to deal with weather elements during transit. Packing charges are included in the product price.
Returns and refunds are not possible for customers outside India.
PRODUCT CANNOT BE RETURNED/CANCELLED IF
If you have crossed 7 day return window.
If product is damaged (Not in its original condition),or tags and packiaging are missing.
And orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped.
WHEN CAN I GET MY REFUND
Please note, NITYA EXPORTS initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us .Therefore, the refund time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse. It will take us a maximum of 5 - 14 Business Days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
